There's more likely a lost minion somewhere. They follow you around when you move and get left behind if you move too fast.

can confirm this is not the case, I walked the entire map couple of times, send ign if you want to try to find it.

Lots of people have been having the same bug since the most recent patch

It seems related to summons. Sad to see it costed you a mirror
