Ye, just not many people playing at the moment.
For items where several parties are interested, the prices are fine.

The challenge in many cases is rather to find at least one person that is interested and willing to pay a fair price.

If i would be looking for a mq sword in that ee range, i would be willing to pay 3k, but thats just me.
