What jewel would you put in your vmagi?

I’m thinking a 20ed/str/cr jewel … obviously the perfect jewel would be a 20/6/9/30 but not in my budget.

Poor folk such as yourself could simply use 19ed/5 str jewels without any resistances. You’ll just need to make up for your weak bankroll with strong dueling skills.

So taking out a line of credit to buy a jewel won’t make me a king?? God damnit history was wrong

Are you tele smite and if not then why vmagi for lld VT?

Vmagi is vs casters (skills/res) vs 3os 80 life armor
I came to the conclusion I don’t think a 20ED jewel would be that important in the armor.. obviously would help with dmg but I think a 6/9/30 single res or 6/9/all res jewel would suffice.

I can see the use of vmagi vs caster(s), but I still think vmagi works best for tele smite vt

Spirit Shroud has cbf +1 skill and great life rep, slap a nice life/res jewel and you'll have another good option vs casters

cant really tele smite without a shield.. teleporting then swapping back to smite setup would take too long imo

What? Hmm maybe this is a D2R problem but one of the most threatening and skill intensive builds for VT imo is tele smite at least in legacy

It doesn’t take too long, just one button. Once you have the timing of your swap down it’s practically instant

what jewels would be best for this shield? I have one with 2x sols already for DR... obv no res since spirit > this vs ele chars. Just curious on other people's thoughts on min/maxing
