Appreciate the crazy very simple breakdown, I guess for someone simple! But let's actually look at the macro math here so everyone can understand how economics and probability work.

First, you have to actually find a Saunders charm. Then it has to beat the odds to roll Lightning out of all the elements. Next, it has to hit the exact 5-mod combo profile out of the pool, which is the main point here and what makes it worth anything, if it was Gold fine instead of MF it wouldnt be worth half as much if it was frw instead of fhr it wouldnt be worth as much and they could all be PERFECT cuz! now that we have hotten that out the way its a flat 0.0208% chance just to roll that combo. Finally, you have to roll the near-max numbers on those specific variables. When you multiply the drop rate, the mod group selection, and the high-tier stat ranges together, you are looking at a combined probability of roughly 1 in 240,000.

Let me explain it like a retail checkout counter that you might be mmore used to understanding and that the lowballers can grasp it:

Imagine you are scanning a customer's grocery item. The barcode determines what item it is (the Lightning base). The checkout screen then dictates the dollars and cents on the receipt (the mod types and rolled stats). You don't get to walk up to the register, scan a generic item, and expect the register to magically ring it up as a diamond ring for the price of a pack of gum. The value is strictly tied to the complexity of the item passing through the register. You pay for the rarity of the scanned asset.

When you multiply every single mod option by the exact numerical value ranges allowed in each slot, this charm has exactly 29,865,000 possible combinations.
Out of those nearly 30 million combinations, only 480 configurations on the entire server roll with this exact elite mod profile at these exact high stats or better. That means this charm sits in the top 0.0016% of all possible outcomes—a raw 1 in 62,218 miracle.

Trying to diminish the gc with your finger counting BUT 23 isn’t 24 and 22 is t 23 and 8 isn’t 10 and tier drop I never said it was perfect but what I had said was near perfect to what we would want it to be, for example

If someone rolled a mathematically flawless charm with
+15\% Lightning Damage,
+55\% Gold Find,
+75 Mana,
+3 frw
10 Damage Reduction,

it would technically be "perfect" by the game's numbers in every way ? But functionally? It's a paperweight for an endgame caster compared to this roll. Nobody running a high-tier Nova Sorc or Java or Sin cares about Gold Find or flat physical DR or frw or 8 attributes even mana might be useful for sorc but life is still better. when they could have max Enemy Pierce and massive inventory-saving FHR.

When it’s stated near perfect roll it means "GG near-perfect roll," it mean it hit the absolute ultimate god-tier utility build possible, and then rolled near-maximum numbers on top of it.

You’d rather -5 enemy res than +15 your damage and that’s literally the opposite of perfect according to you 15 is a bigger number than -5 how is that possible ?! the - game makes it 3x more damage dealt then your damage increases and so much more, I think that’s enough before you’re little brain explodes yes 23out of 24 is not near perfect (1 off isn’t near perfect lol) yes -10 the main attribute is not near perfect because it is perfect
