I personally wouldn't bother a staff member, but you're free to do as you wish.

The user group: Members ++ can help with any d2jsp related questions.

Best to communicate directly with a staff member for the appropriate response. I'm just a user of the site and hobbyist of games/forums.

If you want to forward the message to a Member ++ I'm sure they'll make note of what you are experiencing, but I don't believe it necessary to do so.
