If pootin isnt trying to take over Ukraine, then why did he invade them?

Ukraine had a civil war for 7 years, Russia said stop, Ukraine said mind your own business, Russia asked the US "Will you send troops to Ukraine if we invade?" the USA said "No" and Russia invaded. you can read about this in the 1st post in this thread or in the old Russia / Ukraine Thread.

Did more Ukraine or Russians leave their country at the start of the war?

its estimated now that 15M ppl left Ukraine since the start of the war. Ukraine was invaded by Russia. ergo, more ppl left Ukraine then Russia. When a country gets invaded, people flee.

Coastal Crimea is a desirable place to live and vacation. Once the war is over there will be no shortage of Russians that live in cold places willing to go there.

Crimean wine is really decent. Old stuff like massandra is good but also some new stuff like this

You don't have to seize Crimea to enjoy its wine and spend a vacation there. :)

"Nothing to see here. vlad pootin will resolve the concerns."

Lol

Ukraine has suffered massive blackouts and energy shortages for 4 years.

No one is making cynical and childish shit posts about it like the ones you produce.

Get a grip ffs

Said caught again, guy has no idea

Quote
An estimated 500,000 to 900,000 Russian citizens and residents fled Russia in 2022 following the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The exodus was primarily driven by the outbreak of the war in February and the "partial mobilization" announcement in September.

Quote
An estimated 7.8 million Ukrainians fled the country by the end of 2022, according to the UNHCR Ukrainian refugee crisis. During this initial wave, the majority of refugees crossed into neighboring countries to seek immediate safety.

Quit deflecting from my question. How much longer will pootin control crimea?

They'll never return it to Ukraine.

Ukraine does NOT control Crimea. Ukraine can attack Crimea using drones and the occasional missile, that's it. A fuel shortage doesn't change anything.

Relax pootin bot, it was a rhetorical question. Maybe it'll make more sense after majority of ruskis leave Crimea.

Meanwhile, a strike for the good guys targeting Pootin's missle factory.

"Russia bad" when the whole war is probably because of NATO encroaching onto Ukraine.

Seems the wars started around the time NATO wanted Ukraine to join them. I am going by my own logic here because I won't listen to any sides propaganda, which is all what everyone here is going of off. All of these discussions on these forums are all based on what someone on the news said. It's not like you're actually there seeing what's happening. The only thing you can be certain about is using your own logic and not what somebody that works for corporations told you.
