It's not a broken image, maybe be to some, but the image works. My sig has been deleted twice now overnight so I have to readd it in the morning.

If they are deleting your signature, there must be something wrong. I suggest you speak to a Members++ as also stated by Flatter or a Senior Moderator

Again, I'm not messaging a members++ as I already have and have taken this higher to a senior mod. I've already told one to stop deleting it because he can't see it, but showed that it does work. He's just slow at responding, so I posted this to try and let others know to not delete it either.

Sig looks fine to me.
Sounds like the issue is on the janitorial side.
I'm assuming everyone above can see it too.
Maybe a general help thread on .avif files would be good for the one having problems seeing it.

I say this with peace and love, but you aren't special. Follow the rules of this site and be patient. This thread is completely unnecessary and you should know better. Sigs aren't the end of the world if they don't work and nobody elevates their opinion of you if they do work. Continue your conversation with mods in private.

I checked everything on my end, your avatar and signature check out ok with me. Avif file types are allowed. Since you stated you already talked to a SM, I would consider you in good hands. Enjoy the forums!! =)

Anyone having issues viewing with avif files, make sure you install the official Microsoft codecs> Open the Microsoft Store> Search for and install the AV1 Video Extension. (If issues persist), also install the AVIF Image Extension. Restart your PC to force File Explorer to start generating thumbnail previews for your AVIF files> Setting the Default Viewer.

If your files are still opening as blank icons or in the wrong application, you can manually force Windows to use the Photos app> Right-click the AVIF file and select Properties (on Windows 11, click Show more options first). In the General tab, locate the Opens with section and click Change> Select Photos from the list> click Set default (or Apply), and then OK.

Your sig is broken when im on my pc, but works on my phone.

Sounds like an issue with a specific web browser

I am following the rules and I know I'm not special lol. It'd just be nice if my sig could be left alone, even if some people can't see it.



Thanks for this info. Like I said, this thread was mainly for the fact to let them know to stop deleting it, especially if they aren't going to reach out to me about it at all. I don't want to have to keep adding it back every morning.
