Your pricing is all over the place
For instance you have a +2 +3holy bolt and then a +2 +3 holy bolt with vigor . Don’t matter what it’s on bud vigor won’t give you extra dmg.
Then you got a +2 10fcr +3 battle hammer
So either you’re mixing up battle hammer and holy bolt or your a rando that has no idea and just shops all day.
honestly +1 vigor in holy bolt scepter is useful so you don't need to use several 5 skill points to get there
