Ive been trying to gamble 3/20 java gloves but, i must be doing something wrong. i haven't found any skill gloves with Millions spent. Someone said act 5 hell anya lvl 80+char. Anyone can help me. IS there a certain zone, certain vendor, LVL? or is it all chance

Not to my knowledge other than normal ilvl and clvl mechanics. Never seen em in in the billions I've gambled

you should shop these gloves not gamble them

gamble is best for finding not specific items, but in general good ones.

SO to my understanding it sounds like 3/20 gloves should be shopped at a vendor like charsi in hell mode or anya. and other gloves like rare2/20 + java those should be gambled. Anya is good bc she has her own portal or just do act 1 cows by charsi. Now if only my load times were not OUTRAGEOUSLY long id do it. ANy tips to fix load time issues? lol
