Topic. Curious as to what range these go for, searching didn't bring anything up but I know eternal realm is pretty dead for now.

U need runes or do some tributes of armaments mythique! Mythique item are account bound

Oh, well that makes sense. You said runes, though. It isn't craftable. So I'm curious how runes come into play here?

You can craft mythics with 2 sparks and runes at the jeweler

I never look if we can craft.. last season we need runes for every mythic so .. my bad if u cant craft it !

El'druin is drop only. So the best chance to get it is by running mythic tribute with waepons as secondary selection.
Best chance for dropping is sorc (source diablo4.life farming tool).
