Tips:

Make sure you create game in Hell Difficulty Non Ladder NA server

Wait for a Dclone to SPAWN

and then go and find him and kill him.

I would recommend Act 2 Arcane Sanctuary WP and go to the top Portal into the Palace Cellar.

Kill him there


Pickup Anni Save and Exit

Make new game and wait for next SPAWN

Sometimes Chat text is bugged and you won't get a notification but trust me when there is walk and you in the right game / sever
He will spawn go find and kill him

he will be isolated in a room by himself and its the shortest walk to him, 1 second
