i bumped this thread only once, how is it my fault if few people spammed it? give them a warning dont close my topic..

Topics as such generate massive spam so it would be closed for spam regardless of who spammed it. Actions are taken 1 way or another regardless if you see it or not.

Unfortunately once topics are closed, they wont be reopened.

if i make another 'PAID' thread and report the spammers will it be closed again?

Your reports will be reviewed and actions will be taken if needed but yes, if it generates a lot of spam, it will be closed for spam.
