Bible makes a number of falsifiable claims. Those are the things we can actually know objectively and empirically. When you attemp to prove something through subjective or emotional experience there is no way to verify it.
I can just as easily assert that I don't feel, experience or have no way of knowing of this so called "god" and you would have to take it at my word. Then it becomes my word against yours and we are at a stalemate. This is demonstrated by so many religions.
People who just as equally believe their god is real as you do yours.

No. The bible states many times that attempting to undertake necromancy is an abomination.
Leviticus:
A man or a woman who is a medium or a necromancer shall surely be put to death.
Deuteronomy 18:10-12:
There shall not be found among you one who calls up the dead. For whoever does these things is detestable to the Lord; and because of these detestable things the Lord your God will drive them out before you.
The bible specifically uses the word 'raise' for a reason when referring to resurrection.
Raise means to:
Lift something to a higher position.
Bring up for discussion.
It can also mean to restore.
To rejuvenation etc.
"He has risen". "Your brother will rise again". "Christ has been raised from the dead". "Him who raised Jesus from the dead". "He who raised Christ Jesus".
If your prayer revolves around raising something up positively then it can manifest. But it must be genuine.
And just to add remember the word 'God' incorporates every concept. Everything that exists and doesn't exist all at the same time.
