Cool that helped kind of. This table states:
Trap laying speed with Runic talons for 9frames needs additions 42ias
So does the 35ias on the claw itself + the 20ias from second claw = 55ias (aka the extra 42ias needed?) because this table doesn’t tell me that.

only your main hand claw matters, plus off-weapon ias

with RT, you need 42 ias
35 ias already on chaos
42-35= 7% ias missing from anywhere else but your other claw
