Hey this is my second time using a mediator is it normal to wait over an hour for one? Maybe they are just really busy

My first time was quick like 28 minutes but this one we are still waiting. If anyone can help it would be awesome. Thank you for your time

It can be a minute or 2 to a few hours, the mods just dedicate their time to the site and aren't paid so give them a chance brother.
