I have not tried this specific method. I used the forgot username method and never got an email to my hotmail on multiple attempts. So I went to create a new account, and put in my hotmail account. The site rejected my hotmail because it said that emails to hotmail are being blocked/undelivered by hotmail. I'll see if I can find my old account name to try the link you have provided.

Its worth a shot Make sure you give as much info as possible. Perhaps you bought fg from the site in the past and there's a receipt in your mail? Everything helps.
