I think God, the creator of all things, indeed has the proper authority to judge his creation from the free will decisions they make. A being with that authority absolutely is God. Creation is a truth seen in everything that we see and this is biblically and scientifically evident.

You not seeing any evidence yet in your modern bubble actually promotes the truth behind eliminating the Amalekites as a whole. If we have no trace either the bible is true or the bible is false. There is plenty in the bible we can verify here in the modern age and I refuse to believe that some of the bible is true and some of it is false. You can cherry pick as an unbeliever, but I won't.

We still see discoveries made and will see more discoveries made and you just might see something come to light about the Amalekites. At the end of the day it appears your faith won't budge no matter what we see unfold behind the truth of the gospel.

Barbaric acts are a part of life.
They may be alarming but it doesn't mean the person(s) committing the act are always doing something illegal.

Christians get their morals from the law. The law comes from God. You can't fabricate scientific laws of nature just like you can't fabricate Christian law.
If you are wanting to speculate about certain scenarios as in what I would and wouldn't do under certain conditions then keep in mind that if the act it's unlawful I don't condone or wouldn't commit it. Simple.

I guarantee that you don't have any evidence of your own family tree that spans back even a few hundred years. Your great great great great grandma or grandpa?
Show me proof of their existence. Practice what you preach.
