my god. its 2% ed and 1 max off from perfect at the level 39 tier.

this is the weapon we dream of for my level 39 bvb tournaments in HCCL

nonsense lol. hccl players would never play softcore!
we have plenty of weapons and gear for our tournament.
this one just happens to be nearly perfect o.O
