unfortunately there are still only 3 people signed up for the tournament after 2 weeks of signups. and that includes me, the host.

if we cant get at least 8 its gonna be pretty lame

there are several different level tiers of LLD and pvp in general, which coincide with the different level requirements of weapon modifiers.

for example, a level 39 naga can roll with up to 170% ed and +15 max dmg. anything higher than that and the level req goes up.
