Trade the +2 ama for 2 os and 7 dex for 20 ias. Then I would consider it sweet, but I would prefer a 450ed, 2os, 20 ias over this.

Meh, id take zero skills for some ias, can you make it work , yes.. is it optimal? No, does it do okay ? Probably.. its one of those close but not really A cigar

I respect that, I'd rather have the skills. 120/45 takes care of the BP.

Lets say -2 ama and 2os i would definitely give it a 8.5/10, like it is now, maybe 6-7?

65 is weird level req. So guessing didn’t spawn as gmb
Would have been 4-5/10 if was lvl 59
As is its a nope.
Full disclosure, haven’t played bowa in d2r so not aware of all changes etc
