Hey bro, I checked my list for rare tri-res boots with 30 FRW / 10 FHR or at least 30 FRW.

I don’t have an exact pair with 30 FRW + 10 FHR + tri-res all together right now, but I do have these tri-res 30 FRW options:

#1 — Bramble Shank Boots
30 FRW | Total Res 92 | FR 36 | LR 33 | CR 23 | +2 Dex | 13 MF | Req Lvl 29 | Req Str 0
This is my best 30 FRW tri-res pair. It does not have FHR, but it has strong Fire/Light/Cold res, MF, Dex, and no strength requirement.

#2 — Stone Brogues Boots
30 FRW | Total Res 74 | FR 20 | CR 40 | PR 14 | 49 EG | Req Lvl 29 | Req Str 0
This is the cheaper 30 FRW tri-res option. It has perfect Cold Res, some Fire/Poison, Extra Gold, and no strength requirement.
Bin at : 350 fg

If 10 FHR matters more than 30 FRW, I also have this tri-res option:

#7 — Brimstone Stalker Boots
20 FRW | 10 FHR | Total Res 44 | FR 10 | LR 25 | CR 9 | 10 MF | Req Lvl 16 | Req Str 0
This one has tri-res, FRW, and 10 FHR, but the res are much lower. More of a cheap/temp option.
Bin at : 100 fg

My best recommendation would be #1 if you want the strongest 30 FRW tri-res pair, or #2 if you want a cheaper 30 FRW tri-res option.
