Last I checked though you don’t get social/professional flak for having opinions that don’t involve racism, sexism, denying rights to others, or the desire to have certain groups of people not exist. I have owned several businesses and that is just the only way it can possibly work, if you are harming my business you have to go, not sorry, be better.

You said yes. This means you are against the civil rights act. Don't be mad at me, you're the one saying these things.

Unlike you apparently, I totally support the civil rights act. I don't think it's up to the consumer to punish employers for bias in their employment practices.

Your second point is a dumb question, which is why I didn't answer it. I support freedom of speech because it is the primary method by which all other freedoms may be defended. I already say all of the things I want to say. A lot of people don't like a lot of those things. You seem to be one of those people. You could have just read the posts you're arguing with to see what I want to say instead of asking your dumb question twice.

He's not the one harming the business. The enemies of free speech are harming the business.

For an example of why giving in to the suppression of free speech is bad:

What if you owned a business during Jim Crow and you had an employee who openly supported civil rights in his personal life? What if his open support for civil rights caused problems for your business? Is it still incumbent on Joe to be better?
