Yes so, DOH is the party that reached out to me. 2 days ago they reached out to me when I made the topic. They were not certain on what they wanted to do yet, either a private walk or make it public. I asked them if they wanted me to add them to the post and sort of “combine” forces here and they said “donations were not necessary”. So I figured at the VERY least, we could potentially arrange a second walk, or, toss what we have gathered towards another one that may be closer to happening. At the end of the day, I just wanted to get something going. As of yesterday we honestly had no idea if we were going to see a PUBLIC walk or not. We had word that one was happening, but didn’t have the go ahead to share that information (and didn’t out of respect for DOH and their people).
Once again; everything I have collected has been documented live via VOD and will be returned to their rightful owners / donors if they decide to “pull out” or if I decide to pull the “plug” and call it quits if I see that we can’t make it happen.
As far as people trusting me, you either trust me, or you don’t. That’s a personal decision. Some people that are questioning my trustworthiness, likely, do not know me. And that’s fine. But I figured at the VERY least, I don’t do anything on here “off-stream”, so EVERYONE and their mother, that wants to find out, can go to my VOD and see what has been exchanged and can in return, see it being returned if it doesn’t happen. And those that do not know me and would like to meet me, can come do so and judge for themselves.
I love this website and have ZERO intention of tarnishing my name or reputation over some pixels or nerd coins… I have rushed and leveled most of the people that have donated up to this point and have talked to a lot of them personally 1on1 on stream. I didn’t see anyone else doing it, and I had a LOT of people in my ear telling me to for weeks. So I finally decided to see if we could do one. It’s that simple.
EVERYONES FG AND SOJS are safe and will be returned at ANY point if they reach out OR if it seems we cannot make one happen on our own.
At the end of the day, how do you earn trust? By being present, steadfast and trustworthy in times like these. I would love to have the opportunity to earn the trust of those that do not trust me yet. For whatever reason.
Like I said before, U Are a Good guy, I think no one has the intense, that u wont give back the donations…you know, there Are always people who were deciding, everyone is a Bad one…
For me, you can Go on for a second walk, I think Most of the community will enjoy it.
