Its kind of insane how similar these two shows are when you actually sit down and compare them.
The vibe, the pacing, the character types, even the way scenes are framed, it feels like they are basically running the same blueprint with a different color filter slapped on top .. it really makes you stop and think how often this stuff just naturally ends up looking identical without anyone in the room admitting it.
Honestly it just makes you realize how little room there is for anything truly original sometimes.
