while thats a great roll on the latent part, when you renew it in the cube, they ALL go to -70 by default.
25 is def way too low as latent flames are becoming the most demanded sunder (fire lock, fire sorc, fire sin, fire druid, dragondin etc)
my point: -70 is the same as an -86 if its going to be renewed
