Sorry man but this belt is really bad, no one will buy it from you.
Str rolls up to 20, life rolls up to 60, and you usually want at least 20+ in two different resists. Fhr is a nice add but that's basically all your belt offers. Plus sash is only a 2 row belt which is pretty bad, makes it tedious to use. Would listen to other's suggestions and sell to Charsi.
