The gimmick of that one is that the "female" is the only one that can send a message first. ( I put female in quotes because a lot of guys set their profile to female so they could message first or they were just too stupid to set the correct gender)

Generally they're all the same. For a while I was using multiple at once and I would just find the same people on all of them, or match with the same people that never responded and would later unmatch.
