I gambled over 500 million gold and decided to make this shop to sell the good boot rolls I found.

Most people are looking for very specific affixes, and not everyone needs a perfect pair. You may be able to get a much cheaper pair that still fits exactly what your build needs.

For example:

If you are teleporting, you may not care much about FRW, so a strong dual-res or tri-res pair without 30 FRW can still be very useful.

If you are a Gold Find / Horker Barb, you may mainly want Fire Res + Extra Gold + Magic Find, and you can save a lot by not paying for stats you do not need.

If you are doing PvM, you may only need to fix one or two missing resistances, so a cheaper dual-res pair can be enough.

If you are building for low-level dueling, required level matters a lot, and some lower-level boots can still hold good value even without perfect stats.

If you are just looking for a budget upgrade, there are many solid options here with useful combinations like FHR, MF, EG, Dex, Half Freeze Duration, Poison Length Reduced, and strong resist rolls.
