15+ Enhanced Damage AND 13+ max damage on same jewel (Blue jewel only with "Rusty Jewel Of Carnage" as the name)

Grand Charms:

8-10 Max Damage and 18-25 Life

10 Max with 6 strength or 6 dext

Large Charms:

5-6 max with 19-20 Life

6 max with 5 strength or 5 dext

Small Charms:

1-3 Max with 9-15 life
