just wonder whatis your fire build makes you want +15% fire dmg instead of -10?

just for pvp, -10% fire res is negligible and negated by a single 20/11 fire res sc XD

but assume PVP vs 75%-85 resist, + 15% fire only adds to base fire skill dmg assume fire sorc, that seems to me it's almost negligible
