I deleted image not to be so big, ure not spamming, You are not mistaken, I was aiming wrong affix (mistaken Cruel with Masters)
The Primary Exclusion: You can get the Fool's mod and >300% Enhanced Damage on the same naturally dropped rare weapon (cruel mod).
What you CAN get: While you can't get Masters on a Fool's weapon, you cant bypass 300% ed.

So either we bypass 300% either we got cruels.

Cool, just want to make sure we're all aiming at the same right answer

I think this is still pretty darn nice, fools woulda made it best on realm probably

Well, after analysis of prefixes and affixes sadly obtaining fools was impossible for those rolls:

Prefix #1 Cruel (dmg%) - 265 (must have high roll)
Prefix #2 Sharp (att) - 11AR 11ed (must have low roll due to AR roll)
Prefix #3 Berserker's (bar) - 2

Suffix #1 of Maiming (dmg-max) - 4
Suffix #2 of the Glacier (cold-min) - 2-14

There were place only for additional suffix (that is not rolled), however having Cruel+Sharp made fools table not present - as we see low AR roll suggesting that table to be chosen over fools.

Yet still chance to find that stats = 1 : 23 216 363 104 but rolls could be higher (potential range here 0-500%, we got mid one) and best we could have as last suffix would be amp dmg.

To end unnecessary discussion- this is selling thread, Im welcoming now only replies with potential offers (or my bumps).
