I see the same few bases: ancient, dusk, ap over and over.

Can any style of base roll as jewelers?

I really would love a Jewelers Loricated Mail of Frost Nova but not sure this can exist.

Do you know if frost nova can spawn on all of them? Or nova shield? Whatever proc it is that makes them blue.

I don’t think you can get one with frost nova but you can get them with nova, and it’ll be blue

frost nova is for sure one of the least common ctc skills... could easily argue it being one of the best for simply applying the slow from cold dmg

There are 3 separate nova shield suffixes which can spawn on armor, with 10/12/14% chance of level 3/4/5 nova
There's only 1 frost shield suffix with 5% chance of level 3 frost nova
They have the same rate to be selected, so nova is 3x more common than frost nova

Jeweler’s Armor of Frost Shield should be possible imo.

I could be wrong, I’ve seen it on gloves so idk
