Haven't verified but several have claimed the ed/min-max bug was fixed with last patch or so, at least in the case for protector's stone when inserted into an item that doesn't have ed/min-max dmg already?

I would like to see some tests to confirm or deny this, because whether this is fixed or not makes a huge difference in the best way to use this jool

hmm its pretty easy to test it anyway tbh

just get a char without a weapon and no gear other than an armor piece with it inside and check the damage (not just on-screen damage)

but the -10 and 10-30 will still work so how will u know that the ed works as its marginal boost with no weapon

Well if your base damage without any gear or stats is 1-2 with your fists (or whatever it is)

It would be 11-32 when it’s still bugged or 16-48 when it’s fixed

I guess it’s even easier to test if you have a lot of min damage from gear to keep the min/max more consistent.

Could also use an archon staff or something with some hel and sol runes inside, but it’s still more consistent with min dmg from other pieces

-phys res and -magic res chars benefit the most the strongest classes pretty much just got stronger

I would say Nec probably best non-lock class after patch, the Horazon boots aren't really enough as nec can get 35 -mr without even using sunder

But that’s only a 5% damage boost then no?

Does he have to sacrifice anything for it?

I guess it’s the jewel with 2x sling ring and the charm?

It does cost him 2 skills in that case though

Yeah but how can you tell exactly how much damage you’ve done to a monster tho

Sounds like a real headache

with all the options nec has for % magic dmg and - magic res he will more than make up for the lost skill points

Wrong, nec/hdin have been nerfed in pvp with the horazon boots and jewel/sunder charms. They have less survivability or damage if they were to counter the new gear.
