Number of kicks for dtalon depends on how absurdly high you push your dmg...
With min/maxed dmg, I personally feel that 4 kicks is the best, else I waste time kicking for too long against most targets
I reach 4 kicks with 1 hard point in dtalon, but you could want 5 or even 6 kicks (test it with lower amounts first and see if you need more to finish the job)
20 in fade for survivability
but I also often use BoS (1 hard pt) instead of fade, just for the frw and also reaching the last ias bp (1 frame saved on the last kick)
The remaining pts are mostly dumped in weapon block
1 in dragon flight
I used to put 1 in MB but I dont use it anymore
On RotW, you can get CbF form horazon boots, replace cham in griff by the new jewel, so you get up to -20% extra light pen also with the renewed sunder
it melts even the tankiest light immunes
