I think I prefer getting one that has what I need rather than rolling myself (but open to buying and rolling one - current offer for that would be 80 not to cvs but generally)

I do see some selling for 125
so i'll stick to 100 , I don't see a reason why would I do it for 80

prices go down as ladder carries on m8. Prefer a rolled one with the affixes I'm looking for
