Everybody saying They dropping like Candy. But i killed more than 60 heralds wirhout Even one dropping.
Anything i can do to increase the Drop chances?
Where do you find yours since the new Season?
Got the feeling i found more in the previous one.

its about 200 heralds per sunder iirc. You got a bit of work to do still before you can complain about the odds not being in your favor. Even not getting one after 200 heralds is going to occur for half of the people who do it.

ah, that explains why i havent seen one sunder to drop.
killed about 100ish heralds.

dropped 6 sunders so far, none of them were from heralds

the meta is to ignore them completely.

they drop from everything except harold

Herald tier 1 is about 1/100

Herald tier 5 is about twice the droprate.

If you played since the update you'll notice anecdotally that clear% is what matters per area. Each tal rasha tomb is a different area so they chain heralds faster. Bosses also drop sunders at increased rate.

Magic find hybrid route :

Worldstone keep-> Chaos-> Travincal (1 zone)-> Durance (clear mephisto only)-> Catacombs (clear andariel only)-> Full clear Tal rasha tombs-> Halls of dead-> Palace 1-3-> Jail reset.

Sunder only (assuming shards are abundant)

Chaos sanctuary-> Tal rasha tombs - > reset

your route that assumes shards are abundant requires 2.5x less shards to run

Yes but doing route 1 will earn you the shards you lost + more (R1 isnt strict you can add other areas with it but these areas are necessary/ good to clear)
