this is the 3rd time on live and probably 10th time overall (i played on PTR and sometimes do testing on sp/open). it is like relatively common for me

Killed near wal/pushed into wall by smite/kick alsonhappens whe you reset them sometimes its just a bug. To avoid donnot reset and kill last one in middle
