It's a decent starter bo helm. But gonna be hard to get paid for.
you want those + to skills in a 3sock non magic helm, to make delerium RW for +2 more skills

Does the item have the “resonant” prefix
Or is it +2 to warcry (not warcries)

No good on a magic helm. You're looking for +3 warcries / +3 warcry / +3 battle orders

White helms that would've a good one. Could've turned it into a +5 BO +4 warcry helm

It's a blue one, so no delirium

+2 all warcries (including bo bc shout etc..)
And +3 bo

That gives

+5BO
+2 Shout
+2 Battle command

This should be best in slot pure bo help for delirium which would give:

+5 shout

The +2 warcry is the skill itself (the one that does damage) not the warcries skill tree
