I think this is the minimum defense they can get, but I'm not 100% sure: Arreat Summit says they have 75% of Normal items, and a Monarch is 133 Minimum... It was rounded down from 100, 134 would be 100 defense. You shouldn't need a calculator to confirm this but, go ahead (:
