I have my stats up idk what I am doing wrong i cant bind anything like heph or Lester like wtf

to bind super uniques now, you have to have 20 hard points in bind demon,

you have to put pure 15.. then you can bind unique

How low I had him to damn near dead but the chain never popped out for any of them

And10 in blood oth
