-10 res is much more expensive and for good reason. But also as always depends what you farm. If all you did is CS and cows, then +15 better.

you don't need a jmod just use a white monarch and some 3/3 light rbfs sox in it you should not get hit if you don't do dumb shit

Pretty sure the -10 enemy res is more impactful than the +15% damage if you want to clear all zones
