at level 99 you just fall 1 point short of maxing fireball/hydra/mastery/synergies and 1 point each of static, tele, frozen armor, cold mastery & frost nova
but frost nova is useful enough against heralds I recommend the 1 point in it and leaving hydra as your last and unfinished dump

2x phoenix of course results in 2x level 30 redemption aura, so you wind up with 99.19% chance to redeem for 170 life/mana so its basically like LAEK/MAEK on a short delay

Phoenix can be anything, you probably want non-eth so you can attack with it with enchant just for giggles, but your choices is just appearance
has to be a sword, hammer, axe, flail or war scepter since its 4 socket 1 hand

Tbh after how many years of playing this I don’t think I’ve ever seen phoenix weapon in anything other then swords which is crazy to me
