yeah, but she's meant to drop talic..

iirc from reading they have a 18/20 chance of dropping their statue, a 1/20 chance of dropping the other two acts next to them. Diablo cant drop baal statue though

so act 1 can drop 2 and 3

act 2 can drop 3 4

act 3 can drop 4 1

act 4 i think can drop 1 2

maybe im mistaken on which way it leans towards maybe act 4 is 2,3,4

Meph can drop 2, 3 and 4
D can drop 3,4 and 5
Baal can drop 3, 4 and 5

On average, each act boss has an 18/20 chance of dropping their respective statues, with there being a 1/20 chance of one of the other two eligible statues.

For example, if diriel drops a statue, there is an 18/20 chance it will be a Korlic, with both a 1/20 chance of the statue being either a Talic or a Madawc.

I had Baal drop a korlic and worusk at the same time. Apparently any boss can drop any statue this patch
