I couldn't find info so I thought I would make a post.

I've spawned the new heralds before but I think it was always in the regular rotating TZ.

Recently I been using shards with a couple of grushed characters sitting in town and no herald spawns.

Is there a level requirement or what am i doing wrong here?

yes, the game will check ur jsp account to see if you paid for a g rush

i run tz's p6 -5 chars sitting in town,and heralds spawn like cockroaches,i just end up skipping them because they just take a ridiculous amount of time to kill,while at the same time i can clear chaos sanctuary 3 times.

grush chars get a bugged item drop flag and get much shittier drops, wouldn’t be surprised if it affected heralds as well
