charsi skills not solid enough and has too much has dex req

I mean its not much with Levitation Mastery that Reduce Weapon Requirements % and Dex is always good for Max block but sure will charsi it

its just my opinion, with ES build I only put 1 pt in levi mastery. Put it up FT and see what ya gets
