Do I haver to run along for Item Drops, or will they end up in ym Inventory afterwards?

One the pit boss is dead, right click the person who killed it and click Teleport to Party Member. loot and glyph upgrade will spawn on them

I play on ps5 how can I do that on console?

I am not sure for PS5. Do you know how to bring up this window?
For PC, we right click the portrait of a party member.
