spirit was a pvp buff to barbs, fb sorcs, fire druids, ghosts, and hybrid assassins (especially fire). It was a very good addition in terms of balance even if this was all happenstance second order effects.

0.1% player base cares about PvP

and that 0.1% of the player base gives zero shits about pvmers

75fcr with 3-piece trangs is better, the -res bonus is huge

75 fcr is plenty because psn nova dmg only allows one effect at a time the dmg doesnt stack if you recast nova more than once every 2 seconds. if you cast nova once every 2 seconds its same dmg as if you casted 6 times in 2 seconds.

So you want 2x fcr rings opalvein, trang gloves, 3pnb/20fcr/2soc helm, 2nec/20fcr ammy to hit 80 fcr. Maximum psn nova damage is around 14k without bramble.

125 fcr only allow faster teleport
