Please forgive me for pushing again, but could anyone help in the following questions:
What about lacerator for kicker assa? Quite good ias, and the open wounds sounds good. But maybe the best is the amplify dam. What is you opinion?
Gimmershred? Do the elemental damage go with kicks?
Does the war traveler's "Adds 15-25 Damage" count for kicks?

For the same reason Grief doesnt work with kicks, the additional damage from War Travelers also doesnt count. You really need crushing blow so even Shadow Dancers don't really cut it. Stick to Gores or Goblin Toes for a kicksin.
