ROTW softcore ladder has very high activity on d2jsp, however new Expansion Ladder has barely any activity. Why is that"?

ROTW also has a new ladder.. if a game gets an expansion most people switch to that, for multiple reasons. warlock was insanely op when released and still is super strong. it also came with alot of QOL updates
