Well the flawless horadric goes for about 150 to 175 for the topaz, i would offer 30FG for the horadric non flawless version. Wont need the diamond one but might need some grand topaz too.

What market are you working off of? it takes 25 grand gems to make a horadric flawless gem. If rates for horadric flawless right now are are 150-175 per then grand gems would be 6-7fg each no?

This why I'm selling grands without upgrading. I agree the horadric should be worth more than 5x grand (or at least the same), and flawless horad 25x. Was surprised to see this (and that greater lair vs. lair were same price for quite some time), and glad I didn't upgade them.
